So this past weekend Chad finally had a day off...one beautiful and extraordinary day where he did not have to get in that truck of his and drive to Gary, IN. Amazing right? We decided to spend the day at the zoo (yes, again-we love it and insist on Gavin loving it too). We also invited my family to come along with us. So in true "first grandchild spoiled" fashion off we went....eight adults and one child that really isn't even old enough to understand. It was quite an event. As most families have a plethera of kids trailing behind them at the zoo...Gavin just had a plethera of adult family members trailing him...all taking their turn with him in their arms, on their shoulders, etc. It was a fun day together yet again.
